Great Service - Well done

Hi Guys and Girls

Just letting you know that my wife and i couldn't believe the service we received on Saturday by Auto and General Breakdown team.

Specially Venessa for being so professional and quick getting the breakdown guy here so quick.....their service was also very impressive and he gave me a call to let me know when he was going to be there and his timing couldn't have been more perfect.

i mentioned in the email i sent Joepies Breakdown Services that ....and i hope not ....if we should have a breakdown again we would want them to assist us.

The follow up call to find out if everything went ok was also a bonus as it never happens with other companies we dealt with before......

we are proud to say that we will recommend your services to family and friends ......

Well Done to the team - Yet again great service

"Hi I would just like to compliment you guys on the excellent service. I had a flat battery on sunday at 4pm and called Oakhurst for assistance. Not only did I get the friendliest lady assisting me but when she realised it was a vehicle warranty and not insurance claim she proceeded to contact Ford Assist on my behalf and followed up with me thereafter the to check if they managed to assist me. The last thing a vehicle owner needs during a moment of panic is bad service. You guys are great. Looking foward a good relationship with you guys for many more years. Thanks."
