Release fees

In the ongoing battle to have cars moved out of the incorrect panelbeaters as a result of some bad apples out there convincing unaware people to tow their cars, we often get requested by our clients to assist in the negotiation to reduce these releaase fees. Jolene successfully managed to negotiate  R11,000 off the cost to release their membeer's vehicle. Well done Jolene we do appreciate your commitment to good service and understanding of how this can impact an Insurers bottom line. We believe that through synergistic partnerships and optimised systems our call centre team and contracted towing services can eradicate all release fees.

Just a note to say how incredibly impressed I have been with Gold Club!

I have had to call them out on three occasions in the last month: My car battery packed in; the circuit breaker in the house was faulty and yesterday my  drains were blocked.

Every time I called the person I spoke to (Marsha, Nadia and Luke) were nothing short of amazing. Polite, professional and friendly and told me exactly how they would handle the problem. They called back to advise precisely how long it would be before the appropriate assistance arrived.

On the drainage issue Marsha initially said the plumber would take an hour to get to me and asked if that was in order - did I have any other arrangements?

She called me later once the plumber was 10 minutes away.

The follow up after the problem was fixed was brilliant - who does that in this day and age!!
