I would like to bring to your attention that you have a superstar within your organization.
It is imperative that I highlight the Fantastic service your staff member named Orleans provided in my time of need when my husband’s car gave me issues in his absence.
Orleans showed knowledge of his role but more so showed empathy and understanding towards my situation. He calmed me in my moment of panic and also educated me more in this process and made me feel and know that I am not alone in this struggle.

To Whom It May Concern:

On the 26th April 2016, we requested for our insurance company to collect one of our vehicles involved in an accident. We were contacted by Orleans from Affinity Assist to organise collection point and other details. During the course of the morning we had multiple calls from Orleans to let us know which company would be coming to collect the vehicle and how long they would take, how far they were etc.

We would like to state that we were very pleased dealing with Affinity Assist as they were very helpful, professional and informative. At no stage were we “in the dark” as to when the tow service would arrive. Orleans even called back after towing service had collected our vehicle to make sure all was dealt with and that we had no further queries.

We would like to thank Affinity Assist and Orleans for your service that day.
