Hi 

 Seems to be my month for Gold Club help.

 Last night I sustained a flat tyre and had to stop in a dark, not very prepossessing area.  

My wife called Gold Club for me and the service I received was fantastic.

A lady (Ronel) organised a service supplier (Thinus) who said he would be there in 15 minutes and was actually there in just over 5 minutes. – didn’t leave me waiting long in a scary area.

He completely took charge and changed the wheel for me – I have a Land Rover Discovery and that wheel is heavy especially when you are on your own.

The whole thing from start to finish took less than 45 minutes and I was on my way again.

Great service – fantastic treatment and a very satisfied customer.
