To whomever this good story may concern. 

I would like to briefly express my appreciation for your team's assistance this weekend. 

My car's power steering broke and this in turn prevented me from driving the car completely. I was fortunate enough to make it home safely with my car, but I was however now stranded. I then approached you for help.
